I just stumbled on this recipe and think this would be a tasty camping treat. It’s fairly simple as long as you have a grater with you.
These babies are loaded with vitamins A and C and are great served with a simple salad, applesauce or sour cream and some bacon and/or eggs. Instead of olive oil, fry up some bacon and cook them in some of the leftover bacon fat. Talk about a taste sensation!
Now that it’s getting to be that time of year again, season up that cast iron skillet, fire up the stove and get cooking!
